Dandelion in food

Rhubarb and dandelions – great in juices, smoothies and salads


Rhubarb juice – tangy. Recommend juicing with Golden delicious apples. Yum. I had no sweet apples, so blended with dates. Followed by a home-brewed tea of mint & dandelion


Breakfast of peach and a green juice of carrot, kale, apple and lemon. Followed by a herbal tea of blackberry, nettle and dandelion
